TURKEY BREAST

Something quick and easy to carve, our boneless breast roasts are the perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.

DRY AGED RIB OF BEEF

Superb hand-selected Limousin beef from our farmer John Penny in Leeds. We dry-age for 28-42 days here at the shop for peak flavour and tenderness.

ROASTING HAMS

Perfectly proportioned, our rich and tender Christmas Ham is dry-cured, ready to cook and easy to carve, we recommend slicing and serving with our Local Harwood Honey & english Mustard for a truly festive feast.

BRITISH COCKERAL/CAPON

A slow-reared, free range cockerel weighing over 3kg. Fans of chicken will love its rich flavour.

BRITISH DUCKS & GEESE

Succulent and rich, our whole ducks & geese makes the perfect centrepiece. Score the skin with a sharp knife and rub with salt before roasting to get the best out of this bird.

SIRLOIN ROAST

This boned and rolled sirloin roast, will produce tender slices of meat that are absolutely dripping with flavour.

CARVERY LEG OF LAMB

This juicy joint of lamb is perfect for roasting and one of the most popular choices for Sunday lunch, but that’s not all you can do with it. Pop it on the BBQ or slow cook it into a tender tagine, lamb leg is one of the most versatile cuts.

PORK LOIN ROAST

Prime pork ideal for roasting with its ample fat cover that makes for rich succulence, but with lean meat. Coming with the rind on and already scored, this joint is ideal for ample crackling to go round the whole table.
