COVID-19 Statement

Our Bolton shop REMAINS OPEN, for up to date trading hours please see our social media channels or head to the bottom of this page where the most up to date opening times are listed.

At this moment in time we have decided to remove our freshly prepared sandwiches and breakfasts from our offerings, this is to ensure we can serve as many customers as possible in the shop and via the drive-thru whilst serving everyone safely.

Shopping Safely at Fraser's

We wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep you and our staff safe when visiting our shops:

Fraser's are limiting customer numbers to ensure you can maintain social distancing guidance when shopping with us.

We are asking shoppers to shop alone rather than in groups as per the government guidelines.

It is now mandatory for the public to wear face masks or coverings in shops.
You will be required to wear a face covering if you choose to shop with us.

Once in the shop we have tape on the floor marking a 2 meter separation. We also have hand sanitiser at each serving point which we encourage you to use before being served by our team.

Frasers are operating a ‘no touch’ policy, as such we have removed all products from direct customer contact.

Our card payment machines are set up to take contactless payments and have been update to to accept payments up t £45, we can also accept higher payments using Android and Apple pay.

As a food business we have always operated high hygiene standards and robust cleaning schedules and we will continue to do so.

Those wishing to avoid busy periods for health reasons please note that we
typically experience lower footfall in the first and last hour of trading.

As an alternative to entering our shop we offer a contactless 'drive-thru' collection service.

Available to everyone  – Frasers contactless drive-thru collection service is available at the rear entrance of our shop. Simply order over the phone or through our Facebook page and park behind our shop when you have recieved your collection confirmation text message. Ring us when you have arrived and a member of our team will bring your shopping out and place it in your open boot.
